Endourologie zaznamenává v posledních letech velký rozmach. Optickými nástroji dokážeme operovat téměř na všech orgánech močového ústrojí. V neposlední řadě je přínosem i zavedení laparoskopických metod. Na našem pracovišti provádíme endoskopické operace u onemocnění prostaty, močové trubice, močového měchýře, močovodů a onemocnění dutého systému ledviny. Běžně rovněž provádíme laparoskopické operace varikokély i laparoskopické nefrectomie a operace nadledvin. Kratší doba hospitalizace, kratší pracovní neschopnost, menší náklady na pooperační péči - to jsou hlavní důvody, proč se stávají endoskopické operace v urologii stále více užívanými.
