Prostate cancer in the stage of castration resistance became a serious medical and socio-economic problem of the new millennium. The prognosis of patients with this stage is very unfavorable, is associated with a number of painful complications and its treatment is burdened with numerous side effects. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a common problem of elderly people. The scale disorders ranging from binding cystitis, to potentially life threatening pyelonephritis. Symptomatology in gerontological patients may be very different, so it needed a good differential diagnosis of the patient›s problem. Flexible ureterorenoscopy and laser in treatment of pathology of upper urinary tract

Flexible ureterorenoscopy (FURS) is an endoscopic method for complete visualization of upper urinary tract. Development of instruments, increased flexibility of endoscopes, use of access sheaths and nitinol baskets together with particulary laser technology have allowed therapeutic use FURS. Nowadays these minimally invasive procedures are used for treatment of kidney stones, tumors of upper urinary tract and ureteral stenosis, especially pyeloureteral junction, i.e. procedures generally grouped under the term “retrograde intrarenal surgery” (RIRS).

Scabies is relatively frequent, easily transmitted, infectious and intensively itchy parasitic dermatosis. It belongs among sexually transmitted diseases. Its origin we can find in obligatory human parasite Sarcoptes scabiei, var. hominis. The reservoir of a contagion is the man. Scabies affects all races and individuals of all socioeconomics groups. The incubation period ranges from two to six weeks. The disease is characterised by an intensive night pruritus, mainly in warm and after staying in the bed. recurrent infections The objective of this p aper is to present two cases when the heterotopic urinary diversion was used. The first case describes the vesicoileostomy in patient with the neurogenic urinary bladder. The second case presents the apendicostomy in patient with the transplanted kidney and concomitant untreatable urethral stricture. The both patients experienced recurrent sever urinary infections.

The goal of the paper is to present a complicated, but successful treatment of patients with metastatic renal cell cancer. The patient underwent nephrectomy for locally advanced renal cell carcinoma. Biological treatment was given for subsequent lung metastases. This was complicated by severe adverse events. Their treatment required a long stay on the intensive care unit, dialysis and mechanical ventilation. Reversal in the treatment of inflammation changed solitary kidney was linked to surgical decapsulation of the solitary kidney.

In the following artical we present a clinical case of a patient with disturbing frequent nocturia (12x), and associated symptoms. The patient was urologicaly examinated. There was no structural defect or other serious pathology. The patient was set on treatment with Minirin Melt (desmopresin) which was, followed by rapid regression of symptoms.
