Hypospadia

Hypospadia is the result of abnormal development of penis characterised by hypoplasia of ventral part of penis. The diagnosis

of hypospadia is possible after birth. Moderate forms of hypospadia bring only cosmetic defect, more sever forms are connected

with voiding and sexual problems. Severe forms of hypospadia connected with unpalpable gonade could be a manifestation of

sexual differentiation disorder and should by widely investigated included genetic screening.
