The ileal ureter substitution with the lower calix anastomosis

The abruption of the ureter is rare, but serious complication of ureteroscopic stone removal. In case of serious damage of the ureter

without possibility of correction, it is recommended the ileal ureter substitution. We present the ileal ureter replacement with the

calix-ileal anastomosis, due to the scarred intrarenal pelvis. Pre-operative period was complicated by recurrent urinary tract infections.

Postoperative period was out of the complications for long time.
