Preliminary ejaculation - clinical aspects

Contemporary methods in diagnosis and treatment of premature ejaculation are discussed. Overview of partners and psychological

aspects of the sexual dysfunction is given. Biological therapeutic methods include topical anesthetics and pharmacotherapy. Most

frequently are in this indication used some serotoniergic antidepresives. There are informations about possibilities of some surgery

therapeutic methods.
