An overview is given about contemporary possibilities of investigation, evaluation and treatment of male fertility disturbances. Even

by the accessibility modern methods of assisted reproduction we should pay attention to the fertility disturbances of men. Evaluation

of the fertility men from infertile couples is based on the thoroughly somatic investigation and repeated spermiogram, investigated in

some month’s intervals.
