Acute cases in children arrive to the hospital for urgent treatment as often as in adults. Some of the urological diseases are typical for childhood (paraphimosis). Other, common for the adult age, can be seen in children less commonly (renal colic) or very rarely (priapism). It is very important to make right differential diagnosis of the sporadic incoming illness. It can determine the fate of the affected organ or the life of a patient. In our article we describe rare acute conditions occurring in childhood: priapism, testicular tumors, hematuria due to papillomatous tumor of the bladder and the injury of renal vessel. We present and discuss our diagnostic procedures and the treatment of these diseases. The results of the treatment can differ significantly. With respect to exceptionality of these illnesses treatment in the specialized centers can be recommended.
