Fokální nefritida, karcinom ledviny nebo metastáza ?

56letá nemocná byla přijata na urologické oddělení pro oboustrannou cystopyelonefritidu, CT vyšetřením byl diagnostikován tumor levé ledviny a patologické ložisko v ledvině pravé. Zvažován oboustranný tumor, metastáza nebo fokální nefritida. Vlevo byla provedena radikální nefrektomie, a po ukončení antibiotické léčby kontrolní CT pravé ledviny, kde byl již jen nález pozánětlivých změn.
