V našem článku popisujeme výskyt stejných maligních nádorů ledvin u obou manželů u dvou manželských dvojic. Vznik histologicky stejných nebo podobných nádorů u manželů bývá spojován s jejich stejným životním prostředím a stylem života. V naší práci se snažíme pátrat po společných vyvolávajících faktorech těchto tumorů.
