Peyronie disease is a common cause of penile deformity and sexual dysfunction. Although surgery is regarded as the definitive management for this condition, there are many medical and minimally invasive therapies available, with widely varying efficacy reported in the literature. Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a viral skin disease caused by The Molluscum Contagiosum Virus (MCV) that is the only representative of subspecies Molluscipoxvirus from the group Poxviridae. There are two types of the virus that cause similar clinical picture. The reservoir of a contagion is the man. The incubation period ranges from nineteen to fifty days. The disease occurs worldwide but is more prevalent in tropical areas. For their transmission by sex contact we put molluscum contagiosum among sexually transmitted infections. In the text we describe aetiology, clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnostic, therapy and precaution.

The aim of the paper is to present our experience with implantation of suburethral TVT and TVT-O tapes. From February 2003 to May 2013, 241 women underwent placement of a suburethral tape for stress urinary incontinence at our centres. All the patients were operated on for the first time. In 68 of them with a mean age of 62 years, retropubic tape was used. Transobturator tape was employed in 173 patients whose mean age was 57 years. Our experience with the treatment of cystine urolithiasis

During my career at the urology department I encountered only a single case of the cystine urolithiasis. Although the diagnosis and recommended treatment of lithiasis is clearly defined, it´s sometimes difficult to set the correct individual treatment.
