The sling operative procedures are the most effective methods in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. The aim of these surgical procedures is passing solid tape under the uretra creating strong support of lower urinary tract sphincter. There are two types of sling procedures. Prostate cancer is responsible for one third of newly diagnosed noncutaneous malignancies in men in some states of Europe and North America.
