Laparoscopic pyeloplasty with perioperative extraction of renal stones and obliterated stent

We present a case of a 55year old patient with stenosis of ureteropelvic junction with multiple nephrolithiasis, who at first underwent stenting for hydronephrosis of the right kidney, with further combined endoscopic and laparoscopic treatment, which was laparoscopic pyeloplasty with extraction of the kidney stones. The aim of this article is to show our experience and the deciding mechanism in this complicated case.
