Předmět povinné mlčenlivosti zdravotnických pracovníků

První část článku se zabývá obecně problematikou povinné mlčenlivosti, její definicí, povahou a účelem. V další části se článek zabývá popsáním předmětu povinné mlčenlivosti zdravotnických pracovníků, tj. rozsahem údajů, které jsou touto povinnou mlčenlivostí kryty. Článek dále definuje jednotlivé skupiny údajů chráněných mlčenlivostí a podmínky, dle kterých pod povinnou mlčenlivost spadají. Rovněž popisuje formu údajů spadajících pod povinnou mlčenlivost. Dále jsou rozebrány některé sporné případy, kdy v praxi není zřejmé, zda se o údaj spadající pod povinnou mlčenlivost jedná, či nikoliv.
