Striktura uretry způsobená frakturou penisu

Autoři prezentují případ fraktury penisu zahrnující i frakturu spongiózního tělesa s rupturou uretry řešenou spádovým pracovištěm primárně konzervativně. U pacienta došlo k rozvoji těžké striktury. Stav bylo nutno řešit substituční onlay uretroplastikou živeným lalokem z vnitřního listu předkožky dle Ducketta.
