Leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava – per surgery finding

Herein we present a case report of a 46 year – old female patient diagnosed with tumor of right kidney. Pacient underwent laparoscopicnephrectomy. Final histology report determinated suprising result – primary leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava.Between years 1961–2008 were reported 1 210 tumors of the inferior vena cava. 85 cases were diagnosed as primary leiomyosarcoma.
