Laparoscopic pyeloplasty in an 82 year old female patient with a pelvis duplex

We describe the case of a patient with hydronephrosis of the right kidney with anomal pelvis duplex in which laparoscopic pyeloplastywas indicated. We present the results of the examination before the indication for operation, the procedure itself andthe post-operation follow-up screening.
