Non-differentiated retroperitoneal sarcoma

We describe the case of a patient with undifferentiated kidney sarcoma that spreads to retroperitoneum. It was diagnosed basedon imaging methods, histological and molecular biopsy examination. The patient was indicated primary for chemotherapy duringwhich the disease progressed further and the patient was subsequently indicated for palliative treatment.
