Hypospadias is one of the most common birth defects of the urinary tract. This is a cleft of the urethra on the underside and affects oneof the 125–300 boys born. Genetic and hormonal influences are involved in the development. They are divided into front (glandular,coronary, subcoronary), middle (penile) and posterior (post-bodied, scrotal, perineal). Hypospadias can cause psychological trauma inother forms of mucosal and ejaculatory disorders, in addition to the possibility of sexual intercourse with the chord associated with thechord. The defect is assessed by a child urologist and treated surgically.
