Late metastasis from clear cell renal carcinoma to testicles

Carcinoma metastases are very rare, accounting for less than 1 % of testicular carcinomas and metastases from clear cell carcinomasare even rarer. In the following, we present a rare case of metastasis from clear cell renal carcinoma to ipsilateral testicleappearing 18 years after transperitoneal nephrectomy.
