Cryptorchidism is a pathological condition in which the testicle is stored outside of the scrotum. It is one of the most common
congenital anomalies affecting more than 3 % of full-term and 9–30 % of preterm male infants. Long-term abnormal deposit of the
testicle in adulthood leads to a reduction in fertility and an increased risk of developing cancer. Therefore any positional anomalies
of testicle require treatment, which should end in 12–18 months of age. We present a case of undescended testis in adult men.
