Adrenocortical carcinoma

A case report of a patient with an asymptomatic formation in retroperitoneum. A series of tests was performed – computed tomography

(CT), endocrinological and gastroscopic examination. The patient has undergone surgery with a histological finding of an

adrenocortical carcinoma pT2 N0 M0. The patient is followed up on urology and oncology ambulance without adjuvant therapy.
