Vascular complications stand for a rare but serious complication of urological diseases. The diagnosis and treatment are difficult and

require a multidisciplinary approach. Effective solution goes hand in hand with early endovascular treatments. We present the 78-yearold

Keywords: arterio-ureteral fistula, endovascular intervention, stent
