This case report presents patient with a new diagnosed rectal tumor, which was detected during the urological examination in our office.
The patient was reffered to specialists included surgeon, oncologist and gastroenterologist to complete the diagnostics and start treatment.
Unfortunately patient‘s performance status and urological complications averted him from curative treatment. We present management
of following urological complications – acute incomplete retention of urine, prostate abscess and extensive Fournier‘s gangrene.
