People who suffer from urinary incontinence are socially handicapped and their quality of life is significantly reduced. For this reason

Since November, 2011, the Consulting Room of the Regional hospital of Liberec has been focusing on incontinence. Counseling is primarily

targeted towards stress incontinence where the rehabilitation is the first choice. The therapy is oriented mainly at muscle function

disorders. The emphasis is on the muscles of the pelvic floor and the disorders of their function as stabilization and sphincters. The

purpose/aim of this study is to introduce our Consulting Room including a summary of its operation in the year along with the presentation

of data obtained using questionnaires. We would like also to draw attention to the posibility of effective way of influencing stress
