Fournier gangrene is a very serious necrotic fasciitis of external genitals and perianal area. It mostly has an impact on people with weakened
immunity and also with serious comorbidity disorder. It is often possible to find gateway to the infection. As a treatment there is
used a radical surgery by removing necrotic substance, broad-spectrum antibiotics, derivation of urine and observation at intensive
care unit. According to our case study a morbidity and mortality of this disease is rather high and ranged between 20–75 % despite the
early intervention in the treatment and a progress in therapeutic access.
