BCG immunotherapy for bladder cancer

Bladder cancer is the second-leading urological malignancy. It occurs in virtually all age categories, most commonly around sixty years of

age. Bladder tumours may be superficial, infiltrating, or metastatic. Intravesical instillation of BCG vaccine using ImmuCyst is one of the

methods used to treat superficial bladder tumours that are recurrent and very likely to progress to invasion (T1G3) and CIS.
