Rozsáhlá lymfokéla po radikální prostatektomii

Cílem práce je prezentovat vzácnou komplikaci po radikální prostatektomii a pánevní lymfadenektomii, a to rozsáhlou lymfokélu. Autoři popisují možnosti léčby této komplikace. Její nejlepší prevencí je provádět lymfadenektomii pouze u vyššího rizika postižení pánevních uzlin a s maximální šetností.
