Hemoragická infarzace varlete

Prezentujeme případ hemoragické infarzace varlete při suspektní torzi semenného provazce, která však nebyla peroperačně potvrzena. Další příznaky a výsledky provedených vyšetření svědčí pro poměrně vzácnou trombózu testikulární žíly. U pacienta byl prokázán deficit antitrombinu III a heterozygotní forma Leidenské mutace.
