Spontánní ruptura angiomyolipomu ledviny

Kazuistika 37leté pacientky se spontánně vzniklým krvácením z tumoru pravé ledviny. Při progredující anemizaci provedena nefrektomie s nálezem ruptury angiomyolipomu, potvrzené histologicky.
