Invertovaný papilom u mladé ženy

Jde o prezentaci dvacetileté pacientky vyšetřené pro dysurické potíže. Dle ultrasonografického (USG) vyšetření močového měchýře a při cystoskopii byl diagnostikován stopkatý tumor močového měchýře a provedena jeho endoresekce. Histologicky se jednalo o invertovaný papilom. Vzhledem k pohlaví a k nízkému věku pacientky jde o poměrně vzácný nález, proto bylo provedeno opakované histologické hodnocení na dalším pracovišti, závěr byl shodný. Nemocná je nadále bez potíží, kontrolní cystoskopie po 3, 6, 9 a 12 měsících je v normě. Pro atypický nález zůstává však pacientka dispenzarizovaná.
