Autoaugmentace močového měchýře u refrakterního hyperaktivního měchýře

Uvedena kazuistika mladé pacientky s refrakterní detrusorovou nestabilitou, která byla úspěšně léčena autoaugmentací močového­ měchýře. Diskuze přináší srovnání autoaugmentace a augmentační cystoplastiky. Autoaugmentace je stále ne zcela standardní metoda a její indikace musí být pečlivě zvážena.
