Anemizující krvácení v polycystické ledvině

Autor demonstruje nemocného s polycystózou ledvin dospělého typu, u kterého došlo k opakovanému intracystickému krvácení. Druhá ataka krvácení vynutila aplikaci krevních převodů a po konzervativním zvládnutí situace pacient v několikatýdenním odstupu podstoupil nefrektomii na postižené straně.
