Výsledky a rizika transplantace ledviny u dlouhodobě nefunkčního močového měchýře

Cíl: Cílem práce je retrospektivní analýza výsledků a rizik použití dlouhodobě nefunkčního močového měchýře při transplantaci ledviny.

Soubor: Bylo hodnoceno 58 pacientů, kteří neměli žádnou nebo minimální diurézu a byli transplantováni v letech 2002–2004 . Soubor byl tvořen 20 ženami a 38 muži, průměrný věk byl 45,8 let. Doba anurie byla průměrně 43,4 měsíce, nejkratší 12 měsíců. Soubor byl rozdělen na dvě podskupiny. První tvořili nemocní s ledvinným selháním způsobeným glomerulopatií (chronická glomerulonefritis, polycystosis, atd.) – 42 pacientů. Ve druhé byli pacienti s intersticiální nefritis nebo refluxní nefropatií – 16 pacientů.
