Endometrióza močového měchýře

Uvádíme vzácný výskyt endometriózy močového měchýře u 29leté ženy, nulipary, ve sterilním manželství. Přichází pro opakované strangurie, pollakisurie, cystalgie, vše s maximem v období menstruace. V osobní anamnéze endometrióza, diagnostikovaná a řešená laparoskopicky před 3 lety. Při sonografii nalezeno na zadní stěně močového měchýře patologické vyklenutí, které se při cystoskopii jeví jako solidní tumor se širokou bází. Provedena endoresekce a histologicky prokázána endometriální tkáň. Po chirurgickém ošetření léčena na gynekologickém pracovišti medroxyprogesteronem. Rok a půl po záchytu je nemocná bez recidivy onemocnění.
