Uvedena kazuistika nemocné, u které došlo ke vzniku ureterokutánní píštěle po iatrogenním poranění močovodu. Tato komplikace byla úspěšně vyřešena pomocí dočasně založené perkutánní nefrostomie a ureterálního stentu.
