V posledních letech zaznamenáváme narůstající výskyt urogenitální tuberkulózy. Autoři podávají informaci o vyšetřovacích metodách a laboratorní diagnostice tohoto onemocnění. Na základě vlastních zkušeností předkládají algorytmus, podle něhož lze řešit konkrétní situace ve vztahu ke stávající legislativě.

Problems of diagnostic of the urogenital tuberculosis regarding legislation

An increasing number of cases of the urogenital tuberculosis is registered in the last years. The authors present actual information concerning examination methods and laboratory diagnostic of this disease. Based on their own experiences, an algorithm is presented, that enables to solve specific situations related to the present legislation (Law No. 258/2000 of Collection of Laws. and Notice No. 440/2000 of the Ministry of Health).
