V kazuistice pacienta po transplantaci kadaverózní ledviny je popsána diagnostika herpetické stomatitidy a esofagitidy způsobená reaktivovaným herpes simplex virem typ 2 (HSV 2) spojená s reaktivací lidského cytomegaloviru (CMV) a následná léčba.
