Příčiny poruch mikce, které mohou vyvrcholit akutní retencí močovou (ARM), hledáme v nedostatečném intravezikálním tlaku a zvýšeném uretrálním odporu. Při různých klinických stavech jdou tyto poruchy většinou ruku v ruce. V tomto pokračování se autor věnuje projevům běžným a přitom často opomíjeným.

Acute Retention of Urine - continuation

Causes of micturition disorders, which could lead to acute retention of urine, stem from an insufficient intravesicular pressure and an increased urethral resistence. Under various clinical conditions these disturbances frequently go hand in hand. In this part the author emphasises some very common signs which are quite often missed.
