Urolithiasis - treatment by the localisation of stone

Because of the discovery of ESWL and the development of endoscopic methods there are now several ways to treat urinary stones. Determination of an appropriate strategy for their treatment is not simple. It is necessery to evaluate each case individually. The localisation and extent of the stones are very important aspects for the correct treatment decisions.
