Ve svém sdělení informují autoři o základních typech derivace moče po radikální cystektomii pro karcinom močového měchýře. Popisují principy operačních postupů a seznamují s nejčastějšími komplikacemi po těchto chirurgických výkonech. Při volbě typu derivace moče kladou na první místo vedle onkologické bezpečnosti kvalitu života nemocného po operaci.
Urine Derivation after a Radicale Cystectomy
In their paper the authors inform about basic types of urine derivation after a radicale cystectomy because of urinary bladder carcinoma. The principles of operating methods are described and the most often surgical complications are presented. In the case of choice the authors decide for such type of urine derivation where at first the oncologic safety is quaranted and in the same way the quality of patient´s life in the time after the operation.
