Metastázy adenokarcinomu rekta do penisu - příčina erektilní dysfunkce

Metastatické postižení penisu je velmi vzácné, nejčastěji z nádorů urogenitálního traktu (prostaty, močového měchýře) a nádorů krevního systému. Kolorektální adenokarcinom jako zdroj metastáz je zmiňován v literatuře jen sporadicky. Prezentujeme 52letého muže s výskytem metastáz kolorektálního adenokarcinomu do korpora kavernóza penisu.
