Predikční nomogramy u karcinomu prostaty

Sdělení uvádí přehled nejčastěji užívaných předpovědních tabulek a nomogramů u karcinomu prostaty. Jejich zapojení do praxe by mělo být v dnešní době již standardem, neboť napomáhají v rozhodovacím algoritmu nejen lékaři, ale také pacientovi. Správné odhadnutí případných rizik (pozitivní okraje, invaze vezikul, biochemické selhání po původně kurativní léčbě a další) nám umožňuje optimalizovat terapii s ohledem na radikalitu léčby i pacientovy preference.
