Endoskopické řešení komplikací ruptury prostatické uretry u nestabilní zlomeniny pánve

Autoři článku prezentují atypickou rupturu zadní uretry s vytvořením rozsáhlé fibrózy a dlouhého distrakčního uretrálního defektu řešenou endoskopickou metodou. Pooperačně byl nemocný bez striktury močové trubice, kontinentní a bez erektilní dysfunkce.
