Nadvarle může být primárním sídlem lymfomu. Autoři referují o nemocném s mírně bolestivým zvětšením nadvarlete, u kterého provedli epididymektomii. Na základě histopatologického vyšetření byla stanovena diagnóza difuzního velkobuněčného lymfomu z B-buněk a podány 4 kúry chemoterapie (kombinace CHOP - cyklofosfamid, adriablastin, vinkristin, prednison). Pacient je po 6 měsících sledování bez známek recidivy onemocnění.
