V přehledném článku autor sumarizuje znalosti o patofyziologii těhotenství z pohledu urologie. Zaměřuje se především na diagnostiku a terapii nejčastěji se vyskytujících stavů, které přivádějí těhotnou ženu do urologické ambulance, jako jsou obstrukční uropatie, infekce močových cest, možnosti řešení litiázy. Přehledně je také podána informace o možnostech antibiotické terapie a terapeutickém postupu při abdominálním poranění těhotné ženy.

Pregnant women in outpatient urology

In this article author gives a summary about pathophysiology of pregnancy from the view of urology. He interests by diagnosis and therapy the most frequent medical conditions, as urologic obstructive disease, infections of urologic tract, possibilities of therapy of urolithiasis. Also author give an information about antibiotics and alghoritmus of therapy of abdominal injury of pregnant women.
