Nykturie je jednou ze dvou hlavních příčin poruch spánku u dospělého člověka. Je velmi častou příčinou urologických konzilií v běžné praxi. Je to stav zatím nedostatečně poznaný. Etiologie a patogeneza byla oklasifikována nedávno. Předkládám možné schéma pro diagnózu a možnou léčbu.
